Mancosa did not mark my final exam paper

If I could rate Mancosa a zero star I would, horrible service from the academic department of Mancosa. I am in my final year of BCOM SCM and I received my final exam marks for semester 2 on the 10th of December, however, one module (Supply Chain Relationship Management & Enterprise Planning) was marked as zero for the exam. I contacted Mancosa on 11 December 2023 to enquire about the exam mark being zero, and they have informed me that my results are still being marked yet on the student comms app it states that I have received a zero for my exam mark and my final mark for the module is 27. My module exam submission receipt ticket reference is *** which proves that my exam was submitted. When I called and spoke to Katleen from the accounts department, she said she had proof that I submitted my final exam for the module, which had about 4000 words, and she confirmed that this could have been an oversight from the assessments department. Secondly, Katleen informed me that Owen Chetty would call me back by that afternoon to give me feedback and it is now Friday (15 December 2023) I am still awaiting feedback and his call. I called again on Tuesday (11 December 2023) and spoke to Belinda from the academic department and she also informed me that my paper has still not been marked and that she had proof that my paper was submitted. I also logged a ticket (***) on 11 December 2023 stating my problem, the dedicated student support consultant who was meant to contact me back but never did was Ntombi Mkhondo. I contacted Mancosa again on 13 December 2023 and Fikile from the academic department rep**** to me saying she is going to speak to Owen Chetty with regards to the matter and give me feedback but she still hasn't gotten back to me and she sent me a reply back in response to the ticket logged to say my matter was handled when it is still not yet resolved. Today (15 December 2023) I received an email stating that I need to write a supplementary exam for this module, but my exam mark still remains at zero. How is this possible? Why should I pay to write a supplementary exam if Mancosa has forgotten to mark my final paper, which is a major oversight from Mancosa. I have a potential employer who required me to finish my degree this year in order for me to start work. Mancosa, you are playing with people’s futures. This could be the cause of me not graduating. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will report this incident to the relevant national and international accrediting bodies.
