Mancosa Deregistration refund gone with the wind

I registered with mancosa in February 2022.I paid registration fee and extra cash with hopes that my employer will pay the fees and refund later.I then presented my registration letter to my employer but unfortunately they don’t pay for private institutions.I then requested to de register which everything went well and I was told the the registration fee I won’t get refund since I had already received study material but the extra money it will be refunded to me in 30 days.I was in contact with Deborah Arase who now doesn’t reply my emails or even take my calls.I am now stranded and don’t know what to do.This is unacceptable
