MANCOSA DENYING ME AN OPPORTUNITY TO GRADUATE.

I hate writing this but i am so disappointed in the manner MANCOSA is handling they're graduation RSVP ,i graduated in 2020 and due to covid we didnt have any ceremony ,and then we were promised to be given an opportunity to graduate which indeed they honoured by sending us a survey to complete as well as to RSVP if you would like to graduate and i was happy to hear that news that finally i would celebrate and recognise my hard work.

I followed the first procedure to RSVP and then later i hear with the word on the street that currently the system crushed and and the new system was introduced to RSVP which i followed and the system didnt allow me to RSVP ,i took a screen shot and send the error to them which they promised to escalate to the graduation department ,my worry is that the mail was send on the 03 may 2022 and to date there is no reply from the institution instead i have been send from pillar to post everytime i called and be told that the graduation department is not reachable .

i have spend hours on the line trying to get to the bottom of this and to date nothing is materialising .

all i want to know is that will i be able to graduate or not ?after all my hard work and paying a bill that is close to R120 000 to get this degree and then this the treatment i get from MANCOSA.
