Mancosa Complaint

I uploaded the wrong assignment on the system and tried to rectify it the same day but the system would not allow me. I sent through a query and was told to upload after the wrong assignment is graded by Jamie. I phoned and emailed throughout but no help from Nikiwe, Sipho D and still awaiting Sipho M to get back to me. The offices have been closed and there is absolutely no one to assist.

It's so difficult dealing with Mancosa. These are hard times for everyone and instead of trying to assist, no one is willing to help.
