MANCOSA - BUNCH OF LYING ******* ...MONEY MAKING SHCEMES

EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MCH FOR MANCOSA...THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE THIS ONE STAR !!! I am currently in my second year studying through MANCOSA and I am sure most people already know about their Pathetic service that they offer to their students.. I had 2 of my papers remarked and was advised from their finance department that if the marks changes and goes higher there is no charge for the remark this was all done through telephonic conversations with Ms Zandile Mahlobo which makes sense if the marker is having a bad day and deicides to mark an exam paper incorrectly why should the student pay to get this rectified by someone who is more competent...Both my paper marks were changed which resulted in higher marks...and now after 2 years MANCOSA tells me I am now liable for payment even though the marks had changed and was corrected from an error on their side.....Money making scheme which is a scary though !!! I trusted this institute only to find out they are a bunch of ***** and knows nothing about customer service. It's going on 3rd day now and still no resolution...marks have been released and mines have now been held back.... THANK YOU SO MUCH MANCOSA ROGUES FOR THIS XMAS PRESENT ...THE BEST I EVER GOT WAS TO LEARN NOT TO TRUST YOUR'LL EVER AGAIN... I HAVE GOTTEN CALLS FROM SUMAYA BOWER WHO WAS GOING TO ASISTS AND NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN...FOLLOWED UP WITH ANOTHER CALL AND SPOPKE TO GCINANI TOM AND WAS GOING TO ASSIST AND NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN...I SEE THE PATTERN HERE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR ASSISTANCE FROM ANYONE FROM STUDETN ADVISORS.. The only person who is always willing to assist is Letololo Gumege from accounts who has been trying to assist me these past 3 days and its seems even she is being let down by her own colleagues... PLEASE IF ANYONE IS EVER CONSIDERATION STYUDING THROUGH MANCOA PLEASE GO AND READ UP ON THEM FIRST ON THE NET AND YOU WILL THE TYPE OF SERVICE THEY OFFER AND I KNOW YOU WILL MAKE A WISE DECISION... Unfortunately I did not do this before registering and paying the price learning the hard way .... They are very good at taking your money upon registering but if you expecting any service thereafter you can forget about that...you are on your own and don't be fooled about getting your own student advisor because Linda Pillay who was assigned to me does not respond to anything I have been sending her to assist me get this resolved Lastly just to mention the subjects that were remarked was from my 1st semester in year and now i have completed my 2nd year and finance was always cleared up until 3 days ago..... IF MANCOSA DESPERATLEY NEED MONEY FOR XMAS , BONUS FOR THEIR *********** STAFF OR MAYBE GIFTS FOR FAMILY ETC....THEY COULD HAVE JUST TOLD ME AND I WOULD HAVE DONATED TO THEM WHCIH THEY DONT DESERVE EITHER WAY..BUT STILL AT LEAST BE HONEST ABOUT IT... BUT TO INCORRECTLY CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING THAT I AM DEFINEITLY NOT LIABLE TO PAY FOR IS ACTAULLY QUITE SAD FROM A INSTITUTE LIKE MANCOSA... LESSON LEARNT MANCOSA..THANKS FOR THE HEADS UP AND I FEEL ITS ONLY FAIR THAT I GIVE THE SAME HEADS UP TO YOUR POTENTIAL STUDENTS AS WELL...
