Mancosa Bad Service

These people are the worst. I have been trying to get hold of the student advisor for ages. No response, worse, the sleepy call Centre employee drops my call immediately after telling me that he will see if the student advisor is available, they do not care at all. Worst customer service that I have ever received. This is very concerning. It's like they are doing me a Favour. ZERO RATING IS WHAT THEY DESERVE!
