MANCOSA bad service

I am a registered student at Mancosa in my final year Bcom Study for Supply chain management. In November last year just a few days before exams started my father fell ill and was admitted to hospital for a period of all most 3 weeks. In the mess of it all I could not sit for one of my exams for the November period. I realised late that I had not submitted my document to ask for an arrogate exams and attempted to contact the school in December but no one ever contacted me back. The school telephones just kept ringing and no one answered them. The reason for the call was to confirm and understand if I could sit for the Sup in January. And no one attended to my messages and calls. So I went and wrote the Supp, and is was later told that my exam would not be marked because my request was not received in time.

Since I received this message I have sent numerous email and called the school for 2 weeks now and no one had rep**** to my messages and returned my calls till last week Friday when I finally spoke to consultant. She could not give me the answers to the questions I had and said that her supervisor would call me back. I had finally gotten through to someone to assist me and they had to refer me to a supervisor that is yet to call me.

I am supposed to be in my final semester but it looks like MANCOSA is doing everything it can to make sure is stay in the school longer.
