MANCOSA ASSISTANCE

Good day Peter

I have been trying to call Mancosa from the past 2 weeks on behalf of sister who is at China. Our nephew is supposed to leave for China to join his mom, all we want is a dedicated letter addressed to the 2 government departments to issue his travel documents. We have been struggling ever snce, on hold for almost 25minutes now and again, no answer. Extremely dissappointed and frustrated. Can you please help me to get hold of a physical person at Mancosa. I think for an institution of this magnitude this is really uncalled for and really not a good view. We are really really under pressure and timing is running out.
