Mancosa are Robbing Students by failing them

I am an extremely upset student. I am in my third year, and I think I am a good student, in that I have successfully achieved 14 distinctions out of the 16 completed in year 1 and 2. But it seems in my third year everything seems to be going wrong, and right now, it really seems like Mancosa is out to make money out of us. I was told that I failed a paper, Financial Markets, and I know for a fact that this is not true. I know how I wrote that paper, and that was a distinction paper. But apparently I only got 36%. I immediately sent my paper for re-marking because I know there was a mistake. I had to pay R250 for this. I have been calling, sending messages, and pleading with them to release my marks, because tomorrow I will have to write the Supps for a subject I know I did not fail. I get a message this morning to say I got the exact same mark as the OSA. I want to formally complain about Mancosa, because this is not fair, neither is it right. What do I need to do to get my paper marked correctly. I know that I wrote sense, and I understood the questions. And I am told that I must pay an additional R300 to write the supps. Is Mancosa failing students so that we are now forced to pay for re-marks, and supps and pay for both. Why can I not see my paper? Why can I not see what I was marked for. I am too good of a student to fail, and noone is helping us, Its like Noone cares, Mancosa just wants to make money of us, yet I have been through alot to get to this point of studying, including fighting cancer. I do not think that I am being treated fairly, and by other students reviews, you can see that something needs to happen. Mancosa clearly does not care about our future, they only care about charging students, and not helping at all. THIS IS MY LIFE THAT THEY ARE PLAYING WITH. I need someone to help me.....
