MANCOSA AND RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS

Good day ,

I am writing this bad experience i have about MANCOSA . I am from another tertiary institution and started studying in 2013 and passed my qualifications every year , I wanted to study from 2024 wanting to pursue a course relating to hospitality industry . After being send from police station to hanging on the phone and no one could assist me .I even had to visit their office in Gauteng , and was also told i must come back , because their staff is on leave . They kept on looking for certified documents, which i attached to my registration as per requirement on their webisite , now they want a transcript from me who matriculated in 1995 and going to dept of education they dont have that info for people who matriculated in 1995 , after I got charged for them printing a document which also just reflects symbols. The staff at MACOSA is just plain rude and unprofessional and they actually stopping some of us to further our education . Their selecting committee should be addressed because they keep on declining my application .This is very frustrating and upsetting .Its like they reading a pre writted script and they dont listen to students at all . My ID NUMBER IS *** I WISH PEOPLE CAN SEE WHAT THEY GET THEM INTO BY REGISTRING WITH MANCOSA .
