Mancosa Administration

The administration of the institution is beyond ridiculous. I am a returning student who was registered incorrectly (selection of modules).i spent money and time trying to rectify this but I was received my 2 ladies in the PE branch with the worst attitude one was even wearing sunglasses talking to me and I told them what had happened. I took them more than 3 days to rectify this and I had to shout in order for them to pay attention. I wrote an email regarding this and the student advisor sent an email to the relevant people at the assignments department the lady didn’t reply to my email and today only she responds by saying I should submit the assignment today before 12 .she is aware that I had no study material and that I received an incorrect handbook which consist of assignments and due dates.This is not the first time Mancosa has treated me like this even when I was doing my post graduate diploma it was the same issue. I have paid so much money at this institution for me to be treated like this,they are inconsiderate and take no responsibility for the mistakes made by them. If they registered me correctly the first time I wouldn’t be in such a situation now I have to force to submit assignments today.The institution that is supposed to assist me to be a academic is setting me up for failure . I’m not the first one they are treating like this and will surely not be the last one.Free advice don’t register at this college.
