MANCOSA : a MONSTER AND DISGRACE

When I first app**** and registered with Mancosa, I was so excited and ready to give my all to my studies. Little did I know that I was getting into a war zone... My journey with Mancosa has been nothing but a nightmare and exhausting. Everything went well during studies and workshops, all hell broke loose post examination when I was not resulted for a module in July 2018. I followed up and was made to run from pillar to post woth no one giving me a clearcut explanation of what happened to my script, even after I had sent proof of writing the exam. I travelled 3times between New Hanover and Durban (more than 200kms return)hoping to get aomeone to discuss this personally with. The response I got was a blow. I was expected to write a SUPPLEMENTARY EXAM THE NEXT DAY. It was already past 16h00 and I had come there with nothing to prepare for that exam. I turned that down as I had a business trip the next day and it was short notice. After that Nobody WANTED to see or attend to me. The dismissively asked the receptionist to make copies of the proof, which I had already sent on email. I was told they would get back to me after investigating. Days, weeks and a month passed with no response from the institution. When I called I was put on the line for close to an hour with no one taking the call ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS.

The matter remained unresolved from then until I finished the second semester in Nov 2018. No one could account. On January 4th 2019, I visited Mancosa Durban once again (after numerous calls and unsuccessful visits), once again no one wanted to see me. They said I should write a Supp again which was in 2 days (06/01/2019). I aggreed, drove back home and returned the next day. Wrote exam and thought the worst was over. Once again I WAS NOT RESULTED... no one could tell me what happened to my scripts. In June 2019 I vowed to fight ****erally) I had to fight to get financial clearance which took them a whole week after proof had been sent a number of times. After getting financial clearance, I was sent a transcript with NO MARKS for the module I had written 2 exams for and not been resulted. I questioned this giving them an ultimatum of 3 days which they did not meet. 6days later I got an updated transcript. I requested for a viewing of script and my student status to be updated so that I could be invited to a graduation which is in less than 10 days more than ****ms away from where I stay. I have sent emails once again regarding this and no one seems to care. Mancosa Durban phone lines are never answered and emails are ignored as well. When you travel there, nobody shows face. This institution is actually a disgrace. Iwanted to do my MBA at the beginning of the year but all this back and forth, errors and poor service I could not.

For anyone qishing to study, especially PostGrad studies..... You need tons of strength and medical budget as Mancosa will send you straight to Depression.
