End April, early May I was travelling for a work trip, then had an accident and broken my leg. once I was able to, I contact Mancosa to advise i missed my case studies supplying DR note and letter from company. didn't receive any feedback until my exam timetable was sent. According to common sense if you didn't meet the minimum requirement you cannot write an exam, assuming all was in order I write exams. Write exams passed only to be advised that I didn't submit my case study and failed the module and need to re-register. after paying R 16 000 I'm sure I would have intentionally not wanted to submit my case study, just so that I could give Mancosa more money. I have emailed continuously, but to date receive emails stating your query has been answered with no feedback once again. from being an institution I would always recommend to one I cant wait to leave, with no customer skills. Its ridiculous that I must re-register and pay R 16 000 due to there lack of communication or processes.
