Guys, stay away from this institution. Their portal, support process and customer service is ATROCIOUS. Considering their fees and that they are a private tertiary education you would expect a far higher caliber of service and that their effort to service clients would be stellar. NOPE. Call centre staff aren't able to assist and have to pass queries on, people don't answer phones or return calls, emails go unanswered. To be on the receiving end of this when you are a distance student is frustrating to say the least. I have to finish the course I started because I have paid for it, but I will never return again and will warn anyone against ever using them.
