I strongly advise you to explore other institutions before enrolling here.
The student services are virtually nonexistent. Despite promises of a 24-hour response time, your queries will go unanswered.
Marking and assessments are highly inconsistent. You may receive low marks even if you're confident in your performance, and the only way to challenge your results is to pay R250 for a remark—only to receive the same outcome. The institution seems more focused on generating revenue through re-registration options rather than providing proper customer service or support.
I recommend avoiding this institution to spare yourself unnecessary frustration.
