Made to suffer for a MANCOSA STUFF UP

In June I wrote an exam for financial planning and control, Mancosa supp**** me with the question paper, Mancosa also supp**** me with an answer sheet that was on and from Mancosas portal. I then answer on their answer sheet that they had sent to me. When marks are released I find out that I've been given a zero for using their material to answer their questions that they presented. The answer sheet that I used was the very same answer sheet that they had provided me with, yet the reason for a no mark allocation is that I used an answer sheet for an auditing question paper.

• this was my 1st ever online assessment, so there was no way of me having an auditing answer booklet in my possession, the ONLY booklet I had at the moment of doing the assessment is the booklet provided by Mancosa. • why can't mancosa admit that an error was made, take the info that I hav submitted and mark that info? • nobody from exams department will even dare give straight answers.
