Macosa UNPROFESSIONALISM AND UNFAIR treatment

Mancosa wants me to pay R3000 deferral fee after they failed to deliver my study material on time. I had to make a call for my books to be delivered because while student advisor was not responding to my emails regarding my books! R27000 was paid for my studies by my employer, now i have to pay for their lack of communication and unprofessionalism. I missed webinars because my books only were delivered two weeks prior my EXAMS! my emails were not responded to for days until i went to the branch in Centurion. My student advisor was forever not in the office and even when i told her i will go the branch for help,she **** she was not working in Gauteng branch. This is Annoying! how was i suppose to prepare for my EXAMS when i missed webinars too! Trashy
