Lost Customer

I went to Standard Bank to get a Study Loan, got approved, they were about to make payment, I literally cancelled the Application at the Bank because of the bad reviews of Mancosa I saw.

As a Black person I definitely do not need more obstacles from an Institution that claims they uplift you, when life is already hard as a Black person.

I do not mind the bad service but intentionally failing students is appalling.

I really hope you do better Mancosa because you just lost a customer.

Your marketing is misleading and I think you should be reported to Higher Education authorities.
