Lockdown crisis and pregnant

Yesterday I received a call from a Mancosa advisor to which I could not hear anything that was been said. However today I wish to know how is Mancosa going to assist me during this time of lockdown because I’ve no no joy from them from last year. I currently have no access to a computer to receive any communication or do any assignments online. Mainly because of the lockdown and not been able to leave the house because I am pregnant so what is going to happen in my situation???? I also am really just putting it out there because last year while I had a accident and provided all my certificates why I could write my exam or fully complete my assignments they should of interest of assisting me. So a year is gone with me and nothing has been done and they haven’t assisted me when I needed them the most. However due to the lockdown I am unable to take my matter further to the education department because I feel I was wrongly fully treated. So now Mancosa needs to inform me what is going to happen with this second semester hence they couldn’t help me with the first semester?????
