Legal action for fees

MANCOSA has the nerve to contact me with regards to outstanding fees. Please if MANCOSA has time to contact me with regards to fees, why all this year no proper feedback was given about queries I made about assignments? But the institution has the nerve to quickly call and threaten about legal action. Why don't MANCOSA be so kind and be as quick as wanting to take legal action to contact aggrieved students.

This institution is a money making scheme. Well again I say I am very prepared with your legal action so now we can meet face to face.

I am not gonna waste my own money and pay MANCOSA whereby I was unfairly be marked. So in reality I must pay cancellation for your own pockets.
