Lack of Communication | Dishonest Processing of Applications

I have had a rather unpleasant experience starting with my application which was poorly handled. My application was submitted by the student advisor who failed to advise me of modules that I could be credited for. I found this out from fellow study colleagues. I reached out to the student advisor and his manager to request a credit exemption to which they rep**** I can only be credited for one module in S2. Failing to believe this, I contacted new registrations at Mancosa who confirmed that I could be credited for 2 modules (one in S1 and one in S2). I have sent numerous emails to the student advisor as well as his manager who continue to ignore my mails due to the poorly handled application from the onset. I have been requesting a contact in management and have not received any details yet. I am extremely frustrated and need this to be rectified urgently please.
