Lack of assistance

Absolutely pathetic service from Mancosa I have a credit owed to me which I have been querying with them because I have graduated and require a refund I wanted to use a small portion of my credit towards my certification pack for graduation I tried calling multiple times and have used their live chat feature I was asked to email their accounts department which I have done no reply uptil now and today is the deadline to submit I finally decided to just pay the certification costs only to find out my birth date is incorrect which I queried with lerato and have not gotten a response I have been phoning from the morning I even held on for a half hour and no response truly disappointed in the lack of service mancosa provides
