July intakes modules loaded incorrectly

I am having an issue with mancosa, I'm doing my second semester in my advanced diploma. Two of my modules are loaded for July 2023 instead of January 2023. I have been calling and logging calls no one is abl3 to assist me. My 2 assignments are already past due for these modules and I have not submitted. No one is giving me an answer why can't they were loaded for July as my year ends now in May.
