Submission error on portal

My complaint was closed with no further advice from student services after I had requested an email address to escalate my issue to superiors.

Portal gave errors saying site database overloaded and site administrators should check , could'nt submit my work, after my communication with student services which took 4 days, I was told I had connection problems on my side whilst my internet was perfectly fine on the day of submission.

This is not just an isolated case there are hundreds of students having a problem with IT operations at Mancosa, if this means I need to go through via Ombudsman I will. This type of treatment should not be tolerated.
