Issues on assessments and no assistance from Mancosa

I am fustrated, yes I do expirience delays with responses from Mancosa but this timeit's worse. I have 2 issues to cut the story. 1. ws approved to write Entreprenuership and small businesss but when I went online I did not have access to write. Tried to call send emails with no success. 2. was booked for 2 summartive assessment on 16 July, I wrote one and now cannot book for the other one. same process send emails no answers, but dare you owe them you won't have peace , so I need to know what should I do???
