Issues not resolved.

Currently studying through Mancosa and can't register for 3rd year because of an assignment I could load on to the system and sent via email and called in the next morning and was told it will be sorted and not to worry. Months later I can't carry this over to 3rd year after numerous attempts to plead my case and rude consultants I am dissatisfied disappointed and depressed to say the least. Paying for an something that was out of your control is seriously unfair and unjust. What is happening to Mancosa
