Internal review report of dissertation

I began my dissertation in March 2015.The first draft of my dissertation was submitted in December 2015. MANCOSA approved my topic and my proposal. I worked with the supervisor they allocated to me on the dissertation. He approved my dissertation to be sent to MANCOSA for internal review. the internal review report was sent to me this week and I am disappointed. It is the opposite of what I was expecting as my supervisor informed me that it was fine and approved every chapter. I spoke to the dissertations department and my research coordinator about this. My research coordinator informed assured me that the manager would call me yesterday to sort it out but no one got back to me. I need answers. Why was I not informed of these critical comments while I was working on this dissertation?
