Inefficient and pathetic !

The worst institution to ever deal with, so inefficient ! 2months later, after numerous calls, unresponded emails and drives to their offices , my daughters issue has not been resolved …I truly don’t understand their way of operating and thinking.

how such an institution will acknowledge receipt of funds, then tell you to pay again for the same thing you had paid for; because they can’t process last years payment; neither can they refund you the amount you paid?????! What nonsense is that???!
