Incorrect marks released

I sent the following email on monday to which someone responded saying I must pay R250 to see my paper even though I submitted proof of the work I did and submitted to mancosa for the Informatics 1b OSA. It seems mancosa either had system issues and students got incorrect mark or some incompetence is taking place. I am so disappointed in this institution.

I received my results yesterday and believe something has gone wrong during the marking process.

The exam was a 2 part exam with question 1 to 2 being theory based and 3 to 5 practical.

According to the practical document I attached to the system I do not believe I got the right exam mark.

It is possible that some of the questions may not have been marked. Specifically referencing question 1 and 2.

Herein find attached the question paper and answers submitted for question 3 to 5 which clearly show that my outcomes were exactly what the examinwr asked for.
