Incorrect mark

I have received my final mark for the year , but it shows i have failed finacial accounting . This is not possible, iv passer every other subject . . My exam mark shows 0 ,

Hi Have written my financial reporting exam and have a receipt , there is no way I got 0

Iv been calling all day but no response, I just get transferred from on person to another and they end the call

This is totally unacceptable
