Inconsistent Fees

Inconsistence with Fees Dear Sir I had app**** to the institution. Paid 75% of my Fees, left with the remaining, on which I made the arrangement to pay off by end of October. When i had paid the money, I was given inconsistent statement which now reflects I owe. I had been harassed by the Fees with sms on daily basis. How does this work. This is a *******, and coeing of people . I am totally not happy with this kind of service.
