INCONSISTENT ACCOUNT INFO

I am beyond disappointed by the accounts department of MANCOSA. I paid all my fees in three months, I faxed & even emailed the proof of payments then my account was clear. Just when I'm supposed to receive my results my account goes back to being in arrears... HOW??!!! I get a pop up message of "unpaid fees" when I log into the portal. Fix this or refund me all the money I paid so that I can go register somewhere else
