Inconsiderate money making Institution

I resubmitted an Assignment last month and upon submission the system diverted me to the Mancosa connect platform which gave me an option to attach a file, so I attached my assignment there not knowing that that was actually the proof of payment platform, firstly why was I diverted to a proof of payment platform for an amount of money that is not even due cause they invoice you at month end, I was short 2 marks for meeting the subminimum and Mancosa says I must register again for the subject, They Cancelled our exams because of their messed up online system moving our examination 1 week forward but they not willing to look and a resubmission that was 4 days late cause I submitted on the wrong platform. Mancosa is a heartless institution, I regret joining this money making scheme.
