INCONSIDERATE INSTITUTION

I am so disappointed with this institution and I really curse the day I enrolled myself to study at Mancosa. This institution deeply cares only about their pockets instead of its students.

Seems like they’ve deliberately developed a system that will lose your work during exams so that they can increase their number of students that are going to write special take home assessments, which again you’re going to encounter the very same issue of being unable to submit your work. After all the stress they’ve caused you and they still have the nerve to tell you that you’re going yo have to register for a Supplementary, at who’s cost? How inconsiderate!

After countless phone calls, emails and even went to their offices personally to report this issue, I was told that there’s absolutely nothing they can do to help and that I might have to register for a Supplementary, which I refuse to do.

A plan has to be done. They have to find a way to retrieve my work and mark it accordingly! All this back and forth has to come to an end. This is really depressing
