I would like to extend my gratitude to Mr Mohammed Rahman for such a distinctive service delivery towards my complaint that has been ignored for a good 4 months, i have been transfered from pillar to post regarding a delinquent ex staff member who Misguided me on my new year enrollment fees structure and Horrifying attitude from the accounts representatives threatening me over the phone every time they called me and ended up blocking my my student portal access for no reason, but after having a one on one with Mr Rahman from Auckland park campus, my access has been successfully reinstated.
