*********** service from Nthabi

I will never ever register with Mancosa ever again, all the staff in students service department are ***********!!!!!!!!!!!!! Their system is very poor!!!!!!! For more than a week I have been trying to get my one module results that is not on the portal. I have send numerous emails with no response not to mention the calls............

Everytime I call I had to explain my story from the start which is annoying, I mean there should be a system in place where they put some notes so that the next time a student call who ever answers the phone can actually take off from where the previous consultants left off?!!!!

I have been dealing with the lady by the name of Nthabi!! She's been promising to resolve my issue with no luc**** What's worse is that she's been promising to call me for an update more than once and she never did!!! When I eventually get hold of her she was rather rude to me not helpful at all she does not have customer service s****s (still my issue was not resolved)

Today when I call and asked to speak to her as she's been dealing with my issue she told the lady who answered the phone that she doesn't want to speak to me because last time we spoke she was not happy with me ???????????????????? ( who is servicing who here?) I mean where does she get the odersity to tell a customer that? It should be me saying that I don't want to deal with her I want to speak to someone senior or manager about this issue!! But not with Mancosa *********** stuff!!!!

They say their calls are recorded, I would really like someone to listen to those calls and assess them and tell me if that was professional.

The funny part is that Mancosa its an educational institution but they fail to teach their stuff how to deal with customers and be professional and competent.
