Good day

I am not happy at all with the kind of service I am getting from this institution. The call center is useless, it is either they transfer you or there is no answer.

I have been on the phone for the past 20 min without assistance. For me to get my books and to finalize my registration I had to come to Hellopeter.

My problem 1. Since the date of registration I have been waiting for my statement results for 2017... Dololo 2. On the 27th of March I received an incorrect Exam time table, for me to know it was incorrect it is because I am doing 1st Semester and the time table reflected 2nd semester subjects. I immediately rep**** to the email..... to this day I am waiting for a response 3. The call center cannot assist me in confirming my registration date. ********** (Durban) No Answer ********** (Johannesburg) is just a switch board to transfer you to a department that will not answer your phone ********** (Exam Department) No answer

Can anyone help me with my Statement of results, Correct Exam Timetable Student number 139945
