With all due respect, this "so called" institution does not deserve even a 1 star review! Since enrollment in 2017 it has only been downhill with Mancosa. You are expected to beg for assistance, run your cellphone and data bill up with the continuous outgoing calls and emails. 1. Both Johannesburg and Durban lines just ring non stop with no answer whatsoever. If you lucky enough to get through the "consultants" either transfer your call because they cannot assist or make you wait on the line while they giggle and joke in the background instead of doing their JOB! 2. The emails never get answered but instead they respond telling you that there is a 3 to 5 working day turnover period for emails but could not respond any relevance to the email. Being an understanding person I waited that period and I am still yet to receive a response. 3. Mancosa employees are plain down RUDE, ARROGANT and USELESS!

I missed out on one full year to complete my last three modules last year because I had an outstanding balance of R1 225.00 which I then had to pay an additional R1 000.00 interest. I was spoken down upon and disregarded because of this now they got their money they cant even update their systems on time, answer phone calls or emails. The very same way you can harass people for money which is rightfully yours, be bold enough and use the very same channels and assist students when they are need of it.

I am so sick and tired of Mancosa I want to re-register for my outstanding modules, complete that, move on with my life and close this disgraceful chapter in my life. Your service is PATHETIC! Its a shame.

Do not respond to my review with the same nonsense story everyone got just fix my issue (Student Number: 802613) and fix your institution for the poor future students that are oblivious to this.

FYI Mancosa needs to be shut down.
