*********** Mancosa registration Staff and non Communication

The lack of competence in the manner in which the students are serviced its quite alarming. Firstly I did my MBA through Mancosa and graduated in 2020, in this journey there has been some concerning experiences such as in accurate allocation of results achieved in the transcript. This matter was queried with the office and correspondence was received, until finalization of the degree. In short I the exam and assignment had different mark allocation to the final transcript. Secondly, I registered for the PGDBM, wit the registration process taking place in January of 2021, all monies were paid the registration form was completed and sent off. To date the registration has not been finalized. I have queried this with several student registration officials who have been nothing but *********** in this process. Thirdly they are sitting with my money, enjoying every interest while I am out of pocket.
