My first year studying post school and thank you mancosa for the worse experience. I was doing a higher certificate in Project Management. In the registration process, everything is all good, but the moment that payment is done, its down hill from there. They make mistakes and the burden falls on the students. An assignment was changed on the day it was due and all the students got was a phone call from someone that didn't even understand with problem was. secondly, student services agent is useless, he are *********** and never available, its either his in a meeting or not answering or just not at work, but let you be short for a payment, the consistency of their agents is there . I've being dealing with one of their agents for the passed 2 months on a case, now i would never name a person on social media for this institution. I passed with a distinction but failed because of not completing something i didn't even know was compulsory. Thirdly, their IT system and team misleads students, for the same incident my grade went from distinction to fail, rewrite to passed distinction to failed, rewrite again, and i got proof of it, yet i will get an email stating the ticket have being resolved but there is no response. at the time of the module everybody was going through a lot, loosing jobs, being exposed and so on. When you call into explain to them and all you got is a response you have to pay to reregister. I'm going to research to take this higher, they the not student centric and their agents is of no help. The worst thing is, their agents that i did get through to me, numerous times to add, genuinely understood but couldn't do anything about it. Now, if i had somebody to share this with me i would of never joined this institution. those who view this, word of advice, you can find a betting higher education.
