I will sue

I deferred my 2nd semester of 2025 to Jan 2026 due to the premature birth of my baby. My study fees are paid in full, including the R3000 I had to pay for the deferral.

I have tried to contact Mancosa multiple times via whatsapp, email and the chatbot on their website. I have even reached our to my student advisor and she just sent to the re registration department 3 days ago. I have yet to receive a response.

My portal is completely outdated, I can’t access my study materials due to it saying the links have expired, my assignments still show last years dates but the due dates for the assignments are correct. My assignments are due in less than a month, I work full time, I have a baby and I have reached our for this to be sorted and it is still not.

If I fail because you guys are slow - I will go public, and I will sue for breach of contact because already my assignments and study material haven’t been made available in time.
