I want out

The last week of May I contacted the institution numerous times appealing to have assignments assessed, they refused and instead advised me to re-register, re-register before an exam seating. It is heartbreaking to see that while I was on every one of the platforms loosing my mind trying to get someone to help, there was a student in the same boat as me being called everyday, even at night and reassured of realizing her goals. I’m defeated.
