I passed my assignment and exam yet i failed the whole module because of 10 marks quiz/test yourknowledge.

What a pathetic experience i had with this college. I am a 3 year student at Mancosa. I passed my assignment and my exam. However I failed the whole module because they say I didn't write an online quiz worth 10 marks. Now I have to re register for the whole module. I have been sending them emails requesting that they reinstate my last year's modules onto the system so that I can check if I truly didn't write the quiz. It's been 2 weeks now, they don't respond to my email. I don't want re register until I am certainly sure that I did not write the quiz. And why do they remove the modules on the student portal? Like now I want to re look at my assignments. All last year's modules are not there. This is irritating and boring.
