I need my enquiry to be resolved

I contacted MANCOSA regarding an issue relating to my studies. I have been sent from pillar to post whereby a communications amounting to more than 30 emails was done. Promises were made to resolve my challenge and was partially addressed. I am not happy with how my challenges are being handled and I requested that all my concerns to resolved. The next thing I am being told that enquiry is closed while my concerns are partially addressed. I need my enquiry to be resolved as it has been dragging from three months.
