So the below was my review on the 4th of October, i received a call to only say that they have seen my review and will investigate and come back to me.

How long does it take to INVESTIGATE or are we hoping that my issue will vanish into thin air? now results are out and guess what i cannot view because someone didn't do their job.

WHY WAS THE R15K I DEPOSITED FOR BCOM SUPPLY CHAIN USED FOR UNRELATED ISSUES THAT WERE MEANT TO HAVE BEEN RESOLVED BY YOU?

I AM FED-UP WITH MANCOSA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am most astonished by how MANCOSA conducts business. one has to come to platforms as such in order to get things done, its sad

Below are my issues to ensure that they are attended to and concluded by end of business tomorrow.

1. sometime last year, your admin staff messed and refused me writing supplementary exams when i provided sick notes (6 months of my studying time was ruined) anyway Anastacia and her colleagues attended to this and I was registered beginning of the year to make up for the mess (with an understanding that they messed up and i wouldn't be covering the costs. fast forward the degree is completed and i register for another and deposit R15k for the new degree. I then receive a rude call from Ms Felicia Pillay stating that I will not receive assignment results if payment is not made (turns out i was billed for re-registration, i relay the whole story to me, she advises that she will liaise with Ronald and come back to me. 2-3 emails after i still haven't heard a thing from her)

2. Lethokuhle helped with my application for the 2nd degree in July, I advised that I needed a letter of acceptance with the tax invoice. for some weird reason Mancosa cannot do that unless i have PAID, I was advissed that they will speak to the financial manager its now soooo many months after and i still havent had a call from anyone.

MANCOSA how do you handle your clients? do i now have to loose this bursary due to your staff's incompetence?

One has to come to such platforms to get people to do their jobs?!
