I have been trying to get hold of the 2nd yea registration department for the past 2 weeks ,I spent about 30 minutes everytime I call ,being taken from pillar to post .Everyone taking my number promising their colleagues will revert to me ,I’m still not registered ,Mancosa has no respect for students ,we do not study there for free ,spend a lot of money to be treated like garbage .I regret studying with this institute ,I’ve been sending emails to Bilal Bassa who happens to be my student advisor ,he has since been ignoring me,I’m so tired of all this ,it’s time and money consuming .Very effective when it comes to collecting money but zero availability for supporting students ,I do not understand why one has to write a bad review to be taken seriously .Last year I dealt with extremely rude staff members who refused to send me my exam time table ,I’ve honestly had enough ,your service is disgusting !!
