Hurt, frustrated and traumatised by Mancosa

I have been traumatised by my experience with Mancosa. I have written four exams with them only to be told that i have failed all four due to non submission. They are now asking me to submit proof that the assignment was not available for me to write which i obviously do not have proof that KCQ2 was not loaded all i have is my word and contrary to what they clearly believe i am not a **** and i certainly would not just decide to waste thousands of rands by not writing an assignment knowing that the outcome of that is a fail.

Why was i allowed to write the exams knowing from Mancosa’s side that i stood no chance of passing. I had to take 8 study days leave for these four exams and spent crazy hours studying in preparation for these exams. Why would Mancosa think over and above losing so much money and time which i will never get back think that it was a smart move to torture me further by making me write FOUR exams just for “fun” or punishment on my side. This is honestly thee worst experience of my life with a service provider if i can even call you guys that you obviously are just in in to make money and we are just the puppets strung along.
