HR MODULE

I am writing to share my frustrating experience with Mancosa regarding the HR module that I recently completed. Despite receiving my exam timetable, writing the exam, and passing the module, Mancosa has informed me that I did not meet the requirements. They are now demanding that I pay additional fees to retake the module and is so expensive , even though I have successfully passed. Why did i receive the timetable from the module i didn't meet the requirement to write and get the access for exam. I am reaching out to Hello Peter for assistance in bringing attention to this issue, as I believe it is unreasonable to be charged again for a module I have already passed.
