How can I be told to repeat a module because I missed a quiz worth 5% and can't upload a project worth 60%.

I had problems accessing the Mancosa Connect website last week the whole week. I even had to change my password because I thought my account could maybe have a problem.

So I log onto another portal MyMancosa website after resetting my password and send a message that I could not access my information. I then log a querry and the agent assigned was Pamela Maswera, I tell her I want to submit my assignment but the system won't let, she takes a day to reply saying that I can upload on the 4th.Mind you the Mancosa Connect website was under maintenance for a week which was inconvenient for everyone. When I try upload my assignment it says I didn't complete quiz 4 therefore I can not upload my project. I send countless emails and call but do not receive any help and when they finally get back to me they tell me there is nothing they can do,i just have to re register next year. The quiz is 5% and the final project is 60%of the term marks.

How is it fair that I get to re register a whole module because of a quiz worth 5%of the term mark. I have been calling since Monday and no one is even bothering to assist. There's a guy buy Kirsten who is useless and shouldn't even be in assessments because he fails to understand. For the amount we pay at this school we sure do receive the service you would get at an FET College. You are on your own at this institution.

Yesterday they said they will send me my remark project results, but the only thing they have confirmed so far is that they received the R250 for the remark. Mancosa is unprofessional.
