Horrible support service

I have been struggling to get my subjects corrected. I have 2 elective subjects and it seems the institution selected for me a subject that I don’t want to do. I’ve sent emails to my student advisor Thuso Dladla and I’ve also contacted student services. I feel like as soon as I settled my account for the year then all support from them stopped. Please everyone be cared. I just regret registering before doing some research on this institution.
